Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Q² Studio is operated by SEBI — Skills Evolution Business Institute (Q² Studio) (registration 2017/274453/07) ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of Q² Studio at http://102.203.116.181 and every document package it generates. By creating an account you accept them.

2. What Q² Studio does

Q² Studio generates draft training, assessment and quality-management documents from the curriculum you provide, for Skills Development Providers working with QCTO qualifications, part qualifications and skills programmes. Documents are generated with the help of an artificial-intelligence model and are delivered as editable Word and PowerPoint files.

The documents are a professional starting point, not a guarantee of accreditation or approval. You remain responsible for reviewing, completing and approving every document before you use or submit it, including learner details, signatures, provider-specific information and any statement of fact or law.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older and entitled to act for the training provider you register.

You must give accurate details, confirm your email address and register your company's CIPC number before generating. A CIPC number may be registered to one account only. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Packages and payment

Packages are bought once-off at the prices shown on the Pricing and Packages pages, which include VAT where applicable. One package generates one document package; packages do not expire. Payments are processed by PayFast; we never see or store your card details. Occupational Certificates and Part Qualifications are priced separately and supplied on request.

A package is used when a job is submitted successfully. If the job fails because of a platform error, or the curriculum you provide is refused before generation, the package it used is returned to your account automatically. Used packages are not refunded in cash; see the Refunds page.

5. Quality guarantee

If a package is rejected by a quality reviewer or auditor because of the quality of its content, we regenerate it free: open a Quality guarantee claim on the Support page, naming the job and attaching the rejection notice.

6. Your content

You keep all rights in the curriculum and materials you upload and in the documents generated for you. You confirm you have the right to use the curriculum you upload. You grant us the limited right to process your content only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train artificial-intelligence models.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other accounts, interfere with the platform, resell access, or generate unlawful material. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Don't scrape the platform, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build or train a competing service.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (Account, then Delete my account). We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; where the breach allows it, we will tell you why first.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies.

10. Concerns and disputes

If you have a concern about the service, please contact us first at support@qontentqraft.co.za so we can try to resolve it informally. This does not limit any right you have to approach the National Consumer Commission, a court or another forum.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
